Genuine Fabrications was founded in the winter of 2017 in Wheeling, WV to manufacture our original product known as “deep fryer grease containment lids”. We are a small shop that manufactures our products from start to finish and ships them directly to customers. Working with a local food truck vendor it was realized that grease containment during transport was a major issue for mobile vendors that had yet to be addressed. Fifteen years of experience in fabrication and metal bending lead to the creation of our featured product that is currently the only lid on the market to adequately addresses the issues and needs mobile food vendors.All orders are taken via email due to the fact that there are size variations on manufacturers fryers.
